  1. I am so sorry. Prayers for all her family.
  2. I'm not sure of the facts, but I saw a Facebook comment where a woman said it was her co-worker's mother
  3. Updated: 2:51 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 | Posted: 1:36 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 1 dead, several injured after car strikes Paulding Co. courthousehttp://www.wsbtv.com/news/news/local/3-people-hit-car-paulding-county/nkxGm/
  4. Looks like after she jumped the curb, she drove down through the breezeway.
  5. "Attorney and former judge James R. Dowd and attorney Robert Ramsey reviewed the grand jury transcript – including evidence, witness interviews and testimony – before a group of seven citizens and attorneys – led by Christi Griffin, founder of the Ethics Project – filed an 11-page complaint with the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel in Jefferson City, Missouri." Christi Griffin had her own license pulled for 3 years in 2007.
  6. No, that's not what I'm saying. Just off the top of my head, aside from a couple of minor details, witness #26 seemed credible, (he/she stated the police car wasn't an SUV) This witness stated that when Wilson was chasing after Brown, he brought the gun up and she heard him tell Brown 2 or 3 times to get down. Brown stopped and turned. She believes he put his hands up, but only briefly. He then put his arms down and started running towards Wilson. That's when the officer started shooting. There was also the young boy who was in his room playing video games. He heard the commotion, looked out the window and saw the officer chasing a man. He then looked away thinking the officer had put handcuffs on the man. He then heard shots, looked out the window and saw Brown lying in the street. It took a little bit of questioning for the detective to finally bring out that the boy looked away because they had run beyond another building and he could no longer see them. When he heard the shots and looked out, he saw Brown, which means Brown had to have advance BACK in the direction he had been running FROM. There was also another witness who stated that within just a minute or 2 of the shooting, he heard people telling others that the officer had shot the boy for no reason. That he had his hands up. This witness said this was not true. By the way, I want to correct myself in my previous post. The construction worker I was referring to was witness 33 not 36.
  7. No, Brown hadn't killed anyone YET, but according to the forensic evidence on the wound on his right hand, his blood INSIDE officer Wilson's vehicle as well as on Wilson's uniform pants, he sure tried his best to make Wilson his first. He wasn't killed for any of those reasons you mentioned. He chose to attack officer Wilson and in the process tried to get his weapon and again, this is supported by forensic evidence "Hell, if he's a first time offender he may have just gotten off with probation." (Too bad that didn't occur to Michael Brown) Have you read the landscapers testimony? I believe he was witness #36. Have you read where he claimed all the shots were to Michael Brown's chest and armpit and he saw the bullets exiting the back of his shirt (from 40-60 yards away) None of the 3 autopsies supported his claim. Speaking of laughing at Witness 40, aside from the landscaper, have read the interviews with witnesses 33, 35, 37, and 41? They made claims from Brown being on his knees beside the police car when Wilson shot him, to there being FOUR officers in TWO police cars, that Michael Brown punched the officer in the passenger seat of Wilson's vehicle-according to this "witness" he punched him because Wilson ran over his foot-to Brown, while on his knees with his arms in the air begging Wilson not to kill him and Wilson walking up anyway and shooting him point blank. Then of course there is the testimony from Crenshaw, Mitchell and Dorian Johnson.
  8. We've used Vonage for the past 2 years and the only problem we've had is there's a slight delay (maybe 2-3 seconds) in the conversations as well as a slight echo. But for the price you pay, those can be overlooked (at least in my opinion). We don't do international calls, so I can't give an opinion on that. My daughter has been using Ooma for the past several years and as far as I know has had no problems other than the few second delay.
  9. I have photos of that years float. I will always remember Kathy's love for children and for her community. RIP Kitty
  10. Here is a very good video that addresses many of the same questions people have asked about the Michael Brown shooting. http://www.forcescience.org/hollywoodvsreality.html
  11. The human body can do some amazing things when pumped with adrenaline.
  12. And let's not forget, only 3 bullets entered Brown's body. Of the 4 wounds to his right arm, 2 of those were "graze wounds".
  13. Or maybe he was so enraged he actually believed he could knock the officer off his feet. Rare but not unheard of. Remember- just a few minutes before, this guy had robbed a store and shoved the clerk when he attempted to prevent him from leaving. If it's true he was enrolled in college, he had a LOT to lose. Maybe he was confident of his ability to 'disable' the officer and no one would be the wiser to who the culprit was.
  14. Ooooh, I don't know. Head down, arms out in a tackling position maybe????
  15. Tiffany Mitchell was the woman who drove up on the scene and I haven't seen an interview where she made that statement. Can you provide a link? Ms. Mitchell stated (in all 3 interviews I've seen) that after the initial gunfire, MB breaks away from the officer. "The officer gets out of his vehicle and pursues him as he's shooting his weapon. Michael jerks his body as if he was hit and he turns around facing the officer and puts his hands up and the officer continues to shoot him until he goes down to the ground." Nothing about charging nor going down on his knees. Notice she said the officer shot"until" MB went down to the ground not before as you are trying to suggest.
  16. I notice you failed to mention is that Atty Parks ALSO stated, (on national tv) that the head shot came from back to front. "At a news conference, lawyer Daryl Parks said: "They show that the direction of the bullet was in a back to front direction." http://www.itv.com/news/update/2014-08-18/missouri-teen-was-shot-in-a-back-to-front-direction/ That is in direct contradiction to the ME who stated ALL the shots came from the front. Yes, the ME too stated there was no gunpowder residue on the body, but that he has not examined the clothing. The ME also said the shot could have been from 2 FEET away.
  17. Mine did this exact same thing awhile back. It was like I was double clicking everything. There is a spring mechanism inside the mouse and after awhile it wears out (I play a LOT of Mahjong games) It can be fixed, but the piece is so thin I was afraid of breaking it completely, so I just bought a new mouse. Hope this helps.
