Ok, I have been diagnosed with Carodiomyopathy, blood pressure very high. I need to go the grocery store and I don't want to spend hours reading labels! I am on information overload! I just got out of the hospital Wednesday and just dont have the energy to shop and read labels for hours. I'm hoping yall can share some recipes or give me suggestions on things I should get for quick lunches or breakfasts that aren't loaded with sodium and good for me. Any help or advise is extremely appreciated!

"My father passed away almost a year ago, it will be a year on Wednesday. Just found out that my Mother has a "friend". She didnt even have the nerves to tell us, my brother found out when he and the guy showed up at the house at the same time, my mother was not expecting my brother. As a widow myself I am compelled to reply. Like me, your mother is the one that lost her husband. While you lost your father the grief process and loneliness are very different. She is a grown woman and should be able to do whatever she wants and see whomever she pleases. She may not be ready to share this info, he may be a friend of your father's or pray tell how do i put this delicately....it might have just been a physical need if u know what I mean...and I think you and your brother are completely overreacting.
