The biggest thieves in this county are on the school board. They tax folks out the wazoo then they throw $10,000 around like it's pocket change. As far as the suspect, the cops are too busy harassing innocent kids rather than trying to locate the burglar.

There's no doubt that Will Avery is a stronger, better candidate than Paulette. But I believe Paulette will win because the Democrats in Washington (Obama, Pelosi, Reid, etc) have hurt the state and local democratic party. I'll be voting for Avery and Barnes too, but I just think Washington has done too much damage to make a difference in this election. By the way, it's no fun taking a ride to jail in a police car, but that doesn't mean diddly... charges dismissed means the po-po didn't use good judgement in the 1st place.

Barnes' biggest obstacle is the turn the national democrat party has taken. Pelosi, Reid, and Obama have hurt many state and local democrats. If Barnes can distance himself from the democrats in Washington, he might have a decent shot at winning the election. If the GOP keeps up attacking Barnes trying to associate him with Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, then Barnes is in trouble. The RoyBama ads have been particularly brutal on Barnes in the polls. It's a tough choice, but I won't vote for Deal, he's an absolute crook.

You're kidding! The entire Board needs to resign. They spend $ millions on a new gym for the kids to play basketball in, yet students don't have books? I know certain funds can only be used for capital projects, but in the grand scheme of things, folks see money being spent here and money being spent there, yet Little Susie doesn't have school books....Do you see a problem with that? We've been burned by the BOE in the past and we're crazy if we give them more money to burn us again. VOTE NO to giving those vultures even one penny.

Week after week, the Patriots get whipped. Why doesn't the coach put the waterboy in ...or maybe the cheerleaders should play defense. The score would probably be the same.

I always vote NO on anything to do with the schools. The school board throws money out the window all day long and even the principal at PCHS makes over $100,000 a year. I'd like to cut his pay and stop wasting money on pet projects before voting a tax increase on myself. My kid doesn't even have a math book this year, but they have a nice gym to play basketball in. What's wrong with that? Please send a message to the school board and vote NO on the tax.

Which hospital system did you use for treatment? I went through the Emory Clinic and the folks there were awesome.

I've had radiation as well a chemotherapy. Prepare yourself, because it can be physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. There are many on this Board who've walked a mile in your shoes and trust me when I say it can be intimidating and downright frightning. Even with good insurance, the treatments can be very expensive, but really, money should be the least or your worries right now. Free speech is protected by the constitution, even if that speech is offensive to most people. If Mr. Jones wants to burn one or a thousand qurans, it's his property, he can burn it if he so chooses. Folks should ignore him. All he wants is media attention.

Our 1989 Honda Accord has nearly 250,000 miles on it and no major problems. It doesn't burn oil, but it does seem to get low on water. We add a quart of water every week. Other than that, it's been a great little car.
