I'm thinking about trying a recipe out for parmesan tilapia that I found on allrecipes.com. We'll have roasted potatoes and a veggie with that.

3 new potatoes per person
1 Ear of corn per person (I use the small frozen corn)
1 box shrimp boil per 2 lbs. shrimp
1 t vinegar per lb. shrimp
1 tsp Cayenne pepper per 4 lbs of shrimp
1/2 tsp hot sauce per lb shrimp
1 tsp black peper per 4 lbs. shrimp
2 onions per person (optional)

Instructions:

Fill a large pot about 3/4 full of water. Add potatoes and bring to a roiling boil -- boil for 5 min. Add Keilbasa and bring to a roiling boil -- boil for 5 min. Add onions and bring to a roiling boil -- boil for 5 min. Add corn and bring to a roiling boil -- boil for 5 min. Check all ingredients for doneness, esp. potatoes. Add Shrimp and boil till shells begin to seperate fromt he shrimp. Turn off heat and let stand for a few minutes -- Drain and Serve -- This is a crowd pleaser!

Have cocktail sauce available -- I make biscuits to go along with this!!!

Please tell me how you cook that my huband has four in the freezer and I promised to cook it for him but I do not know how.

I did cook the hamburger meat okay deerburger meat for chili and I DID NOT like it tasted real gamey(if that is a word). But I want to cook it for him since he has them and likes them.

Thank you SoapMom

Aged boneless leg of lamb.....tender and lean [I trim off all the fat and muscle coverings before aging on a rack with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper for a week]

Fresh lima beans, rice and gravy and fresh home made crusty bread to soak up the juices. And a very nice Spanish Granache Red to go with it.....a kind of spicy berry aftertaste that was really, really nice with the Lamb.

Left over Black Bottom Pie. Ah, life is indeed good.
