It was going to be Country Pork Ribs, coleslaw and cheese grits. When I opened the package though, the pork smelled off, even though it was on it's sale by date. I opened the roast that I bought at the same time, and it had the same smell.
Thankfully, Kroger told me to bring back the receipt and they would refund the money or replace it (the manager was very nice about the whole thing). Which is a great thing, since $15 worth of meat is now occupying my trash can.
I'm thinking now we're going to be having salmon patties, mac and cheese, and coleslaw.
