ok i was going to make a joke but i backspaced... i'll keep it to myself tee hee
the way i fold is with a spatula.... very gently scoop ingredients from bottom of bowl over the top of whatever you are "folding" in. then repeat gently until it's "mixed" in.

Mama's Banana Pudding
2-3 bananas, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers
1 cup sugar
2 tblsp. flour
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large bowl, place one layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of vanilla wafers until the bowl is filled, making sure the top layer is wafers.
In a medium saucepan beat eggs, add sugar and mix well, add flour, milk and vanilla.
Bring to a boil, stirring often, then pour over bananas and wafer mixture.
Chill and serve.
I've made this quite a few times and it is so simple and delicious.
