Just wanted to say "Hello" and to let the Society know that we are very much still "in their corner" when it comes to the "Shelter Challenge" or anything else, Mel.

How Is Paulding Humane Doing? Question

They're doing! This year has been very hard on the shelter and the people who do the best with what they have.
They have a very hard job dealing with mostly unhappy people and all the animals that are not wanted or found wandering on their own.
Because of the economy they have had many more animals then in recent years. Please consider adopting an animal from our shelter. They have so many needy animals. Especially the large dogs and the adult cats.
They have some neutered/spayed cats that have a lower fee. $35 for the ones that have cards marked @ this price. These cats have been at the shelter awhile and they are hoping this will help them find homes.
Also needed is plain yogurt, for the dogs, canned puppy and canned kitten food as well as canned adult food. They have the dry food but don't get any cans.
Thank you to everyone who has adopted and also contributed in some way. It is very appreciated.
