every target marks their's down at different times, but yesterday Hiram had marked down costumes but not candy to 75%, thought that was weird, today I went to the one in Acworth and they were marking down everything 75% there was TONS of candy, there are coupons on their website so you get the HUGE bags that were regular 6.99 after coupon .74 each, and the regular size M&M's will be .25.....also look for the Halloween marshmallows, those end up free w/ the Target coupon
