I keep hearing that Lowe's is coming to Paulding. Heard it was going across from doctor's building off 120 near 278 but then heard that was for hospital. Home depot perosn said Lowe's building to be open in spring. If so, where? Is there any truth to it?

No idea but Lowes always locates wherever the Home Depot has established a market. So, wherever they build, figure about one mile or less from HD.

Lowe's was planning to purchase the property across bill Carruth from the Wellstar Medical building but backed out just before closing. They have not purchased land anywhere else in Paulding at this time. Hopefully for us, they will revisit that decision when the economy improves. That property is being cleared by the owners at this time in hopes of attracting other buyers.
