It is owned by Wayne Turner, beautiful house!! Trying to remember the name of the company. Help, is it Homeplace???

It's on the corner of Woodrow Kay Road and Pleasant Grove Road.

Narda Konchel has it listed for $275,000
Wayne Turner owns it. It is a Heartland Home which is basically brought in in sections and assembled onsite. I have been in it and it is nice on the inside, but I don't know if he is still selling it fully furnished or not.

I love that house. Not sure what it is about it but I have been telling my husband for a while that I wanted him to buy it for me!

I watched them put that house together. It is a well built solid house. Unlike regular stick built homes, it was built in sections in a dry factory and assembled in sections on site. I think there were four sections brought in. It's beautiful inside. The rooms are not that big but there are lots of them, there is a formal living room downstairs and a family room on the second floor. The third floor is storage but could easily be finished out. There is a completely separate office/inlaw suite on one side, nice deck on the back but no garage.
