Do high schools get out an hour early all next week for conferences too?

The BOE website says Elementary and Middle school

Copy of body of email sent to HHS parents this week:

Parents and Guardians,

Next week (October 19-23) is conference week for the Paulding County School System. Hiram High School students will be released at 2:25 to allow for parent-teacher conferences. Please email or call your child's teacher if you would like to setup a conference. We encourage all parents and guardians to continue to check the updated grades on the Parent Portal to stay informed of your child's current progress. If you have not signed up for the Portal, please stop by the front office for information on doing so.

Please visit our website for more information and for a listing of all faculty and staff email addresses:

Sincerely,
Hiram High Staff

We had a computer generated call from our principal @ SPHS last week stating that next week the students would be released one hour early.

thanks everyone! My daughter thought they were getting out early, but I thought it was only elem/middle. My phone line is dead (water in the line from flooding), so didn't get a message.

Thanks!

They may need to update the website then, unless I looked at it wrong LOL which is possible

On the front page it says middle and elementary school early release but when you click on the calender it states all schools..

so I guess I was looking at the wrong thing. sorry about that.

called PCHS this morning and they said high school gets out at 2:30. Called the BOE to confirm and she said it is all schools. The BOE really needs to update the front page of their site and PCHS needs to update theirs in a bad way, come on, still having the score from the Woodland game, please update it! We play SPHS on friday!

North Paulding didn't send anything about the change either. My kid told me--so I looked at the website and it said Middle and Elementary like Lady Raider said. I wouldn't have thought about it again except for this post. I did see a notice on Parental Portal after this dated October 5th.
