Sorry, I was at the game standing on the sideline and it happened right in front of me, 20 feet away. It was clear and blatant. The whole visiters sideline saw it. The Douglass coaches went bezerk. I also spoke to his dad after the game.
Now, I'm certain there was alot more going on prior to our player punching him. The refs just saw the last play. I certainly hope that he will not have to sit out the Rome game. The Douglass game was just a scrimmage. game didn't count, niether should anything that happened during the game. After all, the yards and TD's gained by the RB's don't go towards their official stats for the season. Niether should any incidents that occured.
Nothing wrong playing aggressive, and with emotion. But he needs to control that when the games start counting, cause we need him on the field leading our OL.
