Fondue --I've got two pots, one for the traditonal swiss cheese and one for sirloin, broccoli, etc. in a pot with hot chicken broth. (We actually did this last night, enjoyed it so much we're doing it again tonight - leftovers, don't you know.)

one of the many chicken casserole recipes from my topic last week or so. Decided on two at the time...one to freeze for trip and one for lunch...just going on down the list tonight but i used leg quarters instead of the breast cause they were way too high this week at publix and hubby prefers anyways. Turned out really well.....with green beans picked this morning and corn from my mothers in jasper. garlic cheese biscuits also. But HR was not impressed and wanted me to get back up and fix her eggs and pancakes...ha. (i didnt!!)
