Appetizer will be seared sesame encrusted tuna with a wasabi-mayo dipping sauce. I will cook it for a minute per side on the infared searing burner on the grill.
Main course will be stuffed cod smothered with a tomatoe and garlic sauce with mussel and shrimp. Fresh green beans from the garden, and a garden salad as well. Might do a dish of potatoes au gratin on the side, or a souffle.
Had to re-arrange it a little from what we were going to have because son decided at the last minute to come home for the night from college in Dawsonville.
He will have a beer, MrsSurepip and I will have some Spanish Rose.

I bought 5 lbs of hamburger meat while at Patak's yesterday, so I just finished making some taco meat for tacos (obviously) and some hamburger helper. I still have some left to freeze for next time.
I have cooked very good meals all week, so tonight is just simple. Nothing fancy going on at all.

When in doubt there's always CP King's Supreme BBQ AND you can join us for Spotlight Karaoke while you're there. I know my mouth is watering for a pork sandwich right about now.

I usually get one of those rotisserie chickens (publix or kroger) and finish cooking it at home (usually something like herb or plain "flavored"). Since there are only 2 of us, we will have the "breasts" for the first night dinner. Then clean the bones and split the meat into 2 packages and freeze -- the leftovers we can make into dinners such as this or some sort of pasta/chicken/sauce type dinner
