1lb Lean Beef Stew Meat
1 14oz Can of Swanson Beef Broth
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tsp Flour
small tub of Sour Cream
Step 1: Get out crockpot & throw meat in along with a drizzle of oil.
Step 2: Add can of Swanson Beef Broth, turn crock pot on low and cook for a few hours til meat is done. Or if you have less time turn on high til its done
Step 3: When meat is done, add in can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup. Mix well. Let cook for a few minutes (maybe 2). When all mixed well, add in about 2 tsp Flour. Let cook for another few minutes (this time about 5).
Step 4: Make egg noodles and put beef mixture over top. Add as much sour cream as you want. I hate it so I don't add it
