Who had the ocharleys potato soup recipe? Did you ever make it?

Who had teh ocharleys potato soup recipe and did you make it and did it turn out?

My throat is bothering me again and I could eat a bowl or two laugh.gif

Thanks! I believe its just my allergies and this jacked up weather but hubby felt worse than me so he went to the dr. we will see what they say about him and see if I need to call mine and blakes dr's

Here's an easy Potato Soup recipe.

Peel and cut into bite-size pieces 6-8 potatoes and 1 onion.
Boil together until done. Drain.
Add 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 cans of Milk, and 1 8-oz. container of French Onion Dip.
Simmer together until hot and enjoy.

Even better the 2nd day!

I top mine with Shredded Cheddar and Bacon pieces (yummy!)

When I worked at O'Charley's the soup just came out of a plastic bag. . . That's the only recipe I know... :-)

I am very partial to the potato soup from Ocharleys but feel free to post other recipes for everybody else laugh.gif biggrin.gif

Soembody found a website that listed all restaurant recipes but I am to lazy to go looking for the thread or the website laugh.gif

copschick posted the recipe.. but emoboy is the one that wanted to know how to make it.. We used
bearcreek potato soup and just added bacon bites and cheese.. it was GOOD!!!
