Boil three or four chicken breast. Shred chicken and put in the bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of the chicken (as much as you'd like). In a bowl mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with an 8 ounce tub of sour cream. Spread that on top of the chicken pieces. Crunch/crumble a sleeve of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of the soup mixture. Melt one stick (yes, one stick!) of butter and pour on top of the crackers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 mins. an denjoy! Yummy! Goes great with some cut green beans and a fresh cut salad.

1 whole chicken
Lawry's seasoning salt
whole potatoes
cooking spray
Wash chicken. Spray crockpot with cooking spray (Pam). Wrap whole potatoes in foil and pot in bottom of crockpot. Spray chicken with cooking spray and sprinkle heavaly inside and out the chicken with Lawry's seasoning salt. Put chicken on top of wrapped potatoes. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. (I cook it between 5 and 6 hours.) (It will not come out the same when cooked on low.) You can also just use balls of foil without the potatoes. The potatoes come out so good when cooked like this. This is one of my favorite recipes. This is also very weight friendly!
Try it and let me know how you like it.

I use two deep dish frozen pie crusts (usually walmart brand, they're cheaper)
and two cans of cream of chick soup.
1 cup of frozen mixed veggies
1 can of drained chicken chunks from tyson (the white premium stuff) or a grilled chicken breast (I use the george forman) cut in bite size pieces
1 medium sized potato, peeled and cut into very small chunks (like an inch or less big)
Preheat to 375
In one pie shell put the potatoes in the bottom.
Then layer with one can of cream of chick soup.
Put in cup of mixed veggies
add chicken
sprinkle some black pepper in there
put the other can of cream of chick over all that
and then put the other pie crust on top.
(it works best for me when the shells are still pretty cold, it pops out of the pie tin easier to do the top.)
Cut or or three slits in the top and put pie on a baking sheet (to catch any boil over.)
Cook that bad boy on 375 for about an hour
it also works with just the cream of chicken soup alone without any other chicken if you don't have any, since it has little chicken bits already in it.

1 (14.5 oz) package Doritos
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken (I usually bake mine with some powdered garlic & cumin)
1/2 cup shredded four cheese Mexican Blend cheese -- divided
1 can cut green beans
1 can Fiesta Corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (4.5 oz)chopped green chilies
2 TBSP taco seasoning mix
mix all ingredients except half of the cheese & the doritos. Spoon into 11 x 7 lightly greased baking dish. Top with crushed Doritos (I use less than half of the bag & save the rest to eat with the dinner) and the remaining cheese.
Bake, covered, at 375 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Everyone in my family loves this dish -- I usually double it (there are 5 in my family, basically 4 adults) & will have plenty of leftovers for lunch.

place a whole chicken in a dutch oven(big pot) and cover it with one bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for about 1 and 1/2 hours depending on the size of the chicken. Do this over low heat and flip the chicken about every 30 minutes so it cooks evenly. Do not add water you may be tempted but you don't need it. Your chicken will fall off the bone ummmm yummmy.
OR
boil chicken thighs, legs, breasts whatever you like until done. Remove it and keep about 3-4 cups of your chicken broth bring it back to a boil and add yellow rice (a 10 ounce bag). Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and return it to the pot with the rice. Cook til the rice is done. We like to put soy sauce on it after we fix our plates.

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
med. size sour cream
place chicken into pan, mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and cover chicken. cook on 375 for an hour to hour 15 minutes
the last 10 minutes you can put cheese or french fried onions on top of the chicken. bake until brown on top.
I serve it with rice, like chicken flavored, or something besides plain.
easy and yummy! and I don't like sour cream or mushrooms??!!??
I'll take today over yesterday, anyday
