East Paulding High School Air Force JROTC is honoring all Veterans past and present with a 24-Hour Honor Vigil starting Saturday November 10th at 11:00 a.m. - Sunday November 11th at 11:00 a.m. Visitors welcome - please have your family and friends drive through the EPHS campus and witness our cadets marching "freedom tours" at the flag pole.

I cannot be there Saturday but, I am going to make a real effort to drive through there on Sunday! wub.gif

Thank you for your commemoration display for Veterans Day. You may not be aware of the importance of the day you are beginning to some of us(Nov. 10th). That date is the birthday of the USMC (Nov. 10, 1775). So as a 2 time vietnam veteran and as a retired Marine. Thank You.

I find it awesome that the ROTC is recognizing Veteran’s Day, biggrin.gif even though the Paulding County School system doesn't. dry.gif

We just got back, and it's awsome! They have flags from all branches of service. It is really moving to see these young adults honoring those who served.

This was really moving. Yes, we did go at around 1:30 am. It's very cold outside, yet these fine young people are commemorating Veteran's Day. As an Air Force brat, and an AF Mom of a Vet who is no longer with us, I can't tell you how much this means to me. Thank you!
