Corn Casserole

2 cans shoe peg corn
1 small onion (chopped)

1 row of Ritz crackers

In flat casserole dish spray with Pam. Pour corn (drained) in bottom and spread over bottom, cream of celery over corn, then sour cream, then onion and cheese. Crumble cracker over top and dot with butter. Don't stir, it's all layerd.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

In a LARGE mixing bowl...mix dry jello mix and cottage cheese..add pineapple and oranges and then Cool Whip...mix well...refrigerate!

This makes alot and it's delicious!!! It can be used as part of the meal or even as a dessert

Different twist on cranberry sauce:

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can mandarin oranges - drained
chopped walnuts or pecans (to your liking)

Just a nice change from the plain wiggly stuff.

What she said above. laugh.gif You'll be able to find can corn labeled "shoe peg" in the corn section, if you've never used it before, probably just didn't notice it.
