My hubby cooked a steak way too quick that, of course, turned out tough. Sooooo....I put it in the crock pot this morning with spices and such. And we are having steak subs. The house smells soooo good right now. I can not wait until after the game today to eat dinner! The steak is already fork tender. YUM!

Funny you should mention this...
I started off thinking I will have green beans, cole slaw, corn bread, meat loaf..
well I do not have cabbage for cole slaw, and my ground beed is not unthawed..
so I guess it is chicken sandwichs here LOL

Kidlet and I are going grocery shopping here in a few minutes.... I've got my list all made, and meals all planned, starting with Saturday. We're going out tomorrow night for my oldest son's Birthday, and hubby is working tonight. So kidlet and I will prolly just have sammiches from Subway on our way out of Wally World.
Doh! Now y'all know where I'll be!!!! Warning, I look like crap!!!!!!
