Tonight I'm cooking some some chicken breasts that have been marinating all day.I'll make some brown rice and a veggie or two to go along with it.

What are ya'll having?

Froggie, that sounds awesome! My cousin used to make the best beef stroganoff, but I haven't had it in years.

We're having hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, sauteed squash and zucchini, and sweet tea.

really easy

2 lbs beef
1tp salt
1 tb pepper
8 oz sour cream
1 stroganoff seasone packet from krogers
1 bag of egg noodles.

cut beef into very small peices put into presser cooker with a blass of water pinch salt and pepper.
cook for maybe 30 minutes or until tender. put seasone packet in bowel and add ware water to swell mushrooms a little .
boil noodels and drain. add sour cream beef and seaone pacet less water and add remainder of salt and pepper , stir everything together and serve.\
see very easy...

beef stroganoff home made.

2lbs beef
1tps salt
1tbs butter
1 tbs pepper
1 med onion
1 clove garlic
1 tps of beef bouillon granules
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms
1 tbs of four
8 oz sour cream
1 bag of egg noodles

Crumble and cook your ground beef in the pot you are going to use. When meet is done, drain and put back in pot. Cut up a med onion and one chopped clove of garlic, add to meat. Open and strain your can of chopped mushrooms, pour them into pot and cook on med heat until onions are done, then add 1 tsp of beef bouillon granules, 1tbs of butter and 1 tbs spoon of flour, stir togeter. Open can of cream of mushroom soup and pour into meet mixture. Turn heat on low simmer, stir as needed. Cook noodles . When noodles are done, strain. Add your sour cream, salt and pepper to your meat mixture. Stir in noodles and serve.
