To do a screen capture you need a program like photoshop or windows draw to paste the picture in.
You would compress and save it as a jpg and email the picture of your screen with this box to me.

Okay, I think I found it and it should be fixed now.
What was up?
Well there were some clean up tools that I missed that needed to be run.
They are now run and this issue should be resolved.
Let me know if other issues crop up.
Bottomline, things like this take a little time to do. It is not like we go through this type of upgrade every day
