The winner is announced in the presentation at left and will earn the lifetime membership.

A couple of things to be clear.

This lifetime membership is not transferrable. The member is subject to all rules. Indeed, the 'lifetime' member may suspended, banned or whatever on the same basis as any member.

The battles is not paid members only. The password is the same is for Scanning the County.
