You do know this guy is a confidant of Colonel Oliver North and was much more than a mere acquaintance to Ronald Reagan, CIA director Bill Casey and even Georgia Senators Sam Nunn and Richard Russell.

Hey, I shook hands with Saxby Chambliss. I know John Ashcroft personally, and my Sunday School teacher when I was a boy was the Governor of Missouri. Maybe I can be a "correspondent" or sumpthin'?

Paulding County...proudly the 19th most conservative county in the entire
country. This means that I'm not a liberal; it means you're an extremist.

Don't let him fool you Mr. Suit. When Hippie Joe here saw that your background included Colonel Oliver North and President Ronald Reagan he had an aneurysm.

It's pretty telling that you give the titles for Oliver North, Bill Casey, Sam Nunn, and Richard Russell, but not President Ronald Reagan.
And forgive me if I have a "wait and see" attitude about your "Conservative Voice", since you claim that Joe Scarborough is also a "Conservative Voice".

It is not telling at all. The use of titles has nothing to do with 'respect' ... it is just that most people know who President Reagan is. Smaller and smaller percentages can name the current sitting vice president, defense secretary, CIA director or senator. This is confirmed by a Pew Research study - this one from 2007 - that showed as few as 20 percent could name the national security adviser to the president and that was when these folks were currently in the news.
Most of these folks are from the 1980's and I'm pretty sure their name recognition has faded, unlike that of Ronald Reagan. Hence it was simply out of understanding that the addition of their title would help jog folks memories.

At least he's not an "empty suit" like what we have infesting 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
