I miss Carol Duvall's craft show that used to come on HGTV. Did anyone else watch it? Is there any place to watch the past shows online?

I also watched Aleene's show. Her daughters, Tiffany and Heidi have some videos online.

Are there any craft shows on TV now?

Me too. I think the shows back then were way better. I was excited to see Craft Wars but the format is silly. Every week they have to use random junk to make something. I'd rather see them make use of real craft supplies in ways I may not think of. :)

HGTV used to have the old Carol Duvall shows online, just search for them.
I loved watching her and learned so much (and spent so much too :) ).

Thanks. I searched the HGTV website and shorter segments came up. I searched using the longer video option at google and the shows came up at the DIY network website. This is a link that also lists their other shows that can be watched online, too. Scroll down and you will see the Carol Duvall show listed:

I miss the real women of crafting. Craft Wars suck.

I use to be inspired by Duvall.

I agree. I was looking forward to it but like you said, it is just way too silly, junkie and cheap. So many great ideas could come from a show like this if they did it right.

I watched one episode of Craft Wars online. It was the episode where they made the pet houses. When they were dipping the dog bones (looked like maybe milkbone dog biscuits) in glitter I wondered if a lot of dogs wouldn't get them off the sides and eat them---glitter and all. I didn't see it as a good idea ...

I misread you title and thought you miss "craft shows". As in craft shows like Paulding Meadows. MANY have gone away such as the one on Bus. 6 (I think it had "hunt" in the name??) that was in a beautiful location BEFORE they destroyed it by putting in yet another subdivision to go into foreclosure. :(
