A friend gave me some figs which are very tasty. What is the best thing to do with figs (other than cram them in my face)?

Fig preserves.
I've made 16 pints already.
I won't be making anymore this year unless someone gives them to me. I picked some last Saturday and now I am covered with poison ivy rash. That's what I get for not paying attention.
