Children that are struggling with their reading have a unique opportunity at New Georgia Public Library. One Saturday a month is "Reading Paws". You schedule a time and your child can read aloud to a friendly dog! The dog is very patient and sweet. The dog never judges a child that does not know the words. The dog doesn't mind if the child has trouble with the book, she listens anyway! This is great for children who may be embarrassed about their readng ability. The next open slots are September 29nd, October 13th and November 10th. See the webside http://www.readingpaws.org and call 770-459-8163 for details. The library is located at 94 Ridge Road (across the street from Publix).

Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Daily Thought: SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it Just pee on it and walk away.

"People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life like loving everybody all the time and being nice.....dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long

Some schools use dogs that way, too:
