Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Ann Wilbanks, age 64 of Muscadine, AL. will be held on Friday July 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Benson Funeral Home with Rev. Cecil Garmon officiating.

Interment will follow in Mosley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs with Jeffrey Peters, Drew Worthington, Brandon Worthington, Justin Waldrop, Thomas Smith and Chad Wilbanks serving as Pall Bearers. Patricia Conner and Brandi Conner serving as Honorary Pall Bearers

The Family will receive friends on Wednesday July 4, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Thursday July 5, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Mrs. Wilbanks is Survived by:

Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Aleric (Tammy Ann) Tavares of Locust Grove, Ga. Daughter: Ms. Paula Darlene Perry of Dallas, Ga. Son: Mr. & Mrs. Tim (Patty) Conner of Muscadine, AL. Daughter: Ms. Pam Willingham of Douglasville, Ga. Daughter: Ms. Denise Finch of Austell, Ga. Daughter: Ms. Debbie Worthington of PowderSprings, Ga. Son: Mr. David Wilbanks of Auburn, Ga.

Betty was the mother of my daughter's longtime friend and room-mate, Pam Willingham. Betty fought a courageous 2 year battle but cancer won the war. She was a sweet family friend and we are saddened by the families heartache and loss. Although there is comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering it is a tremendous loss for the family. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
