Lawn Maintenance Needed Any suggestions?

We are looking for a yard/lawn maintenance person or company to keep our yard maintained. Any suggestions?
Weeds sprayed, yard fertilized/sprayed, cut/mow, weeds trimmed, bushes manicured, etc etc.
It also needs to be someone reliable!
We are using someone now that will not come until I contact them first. He is supposed to cut every two weeks, but it's been almost three weeks now! My yard is desperate for a manicure!

I know there are many on here that are commerce members, but I went with the big dog in town which is Kelly Landscape. I have been SUPER impressed with them. My Lawn looks better than it has in the 8 years I have lived here. I pay 50 a week for cut, edge, weed eat, bag, and blow for about half an acre. I have also used them for treatments such as weed and feed and aerating for a good price too.

I like Kelly,there very good I have had them for about 7 years now :good:
Men are like carpets,the better you lay them the longer you can walk on them.
