I have NEVER seen a zucchini that big. He will make a very nice addition to dinner!!

When I had a garden years ago, my zucchini got that big and I found the best thing to do with that size is to stuff it with a ground beef, rice and cheese mixture and bake it - like a stuffed pepper.

we have green beans, and tomatoes big enough to fry, but waiting on the first ripe one.... we have a few hot peppers,, I love Zucchini baked in the oven with cheese and few other things added to it.
