Ditto... Not the cheapest but this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I was BADLY disappointed with the place beside DQ. BADLY.

Just had hubby's Tahoe done - it wasn't cheap - but man - for a 17 year old truck - she shines so pretty now. And, it's just so clean inside. :)!

The folks next to DQ just about ruined my parents' explorer - they didn't do a great job any way - then they left it in the sun, completely closed up - talk about a smell that just never seemed to go away.

I used to see Mark Riley on here. He detailed my old truck several years ago and ever since then all I have to do is run it through the cheap drive through wash at the gas station and it looks great again. I gave that truck to my son and it still looks as great as the day Mark brought it back.

If he's still around I need him to detail my newer truck. It's only 10 years old.

And the car wash next to DQ. Nasty car wash. They must recycle their water till its really nasty water. I took my newer truck there a couple months ago and upgraded to the triple wax, tire shine, dash armor-all and air fresherner. It looked good when they got done. I got home and the outside was nasty with dirty water streaks and a dirty film. So nasty I had to hand wash it. I guess I could have went back, it was easier to get a bucket, soap, towel and hose and do it myself.

We moved here from SC 20+ years ago. The Red Canopy Car Wash on Wade Hampton Blvd was great. When we go home twice a year we still stop in to have our car washed. When you pull in the first thing that gets your attention is all the employees wearing matching red uniforms. That's a business who has not lost their passion of doing a great job and accountants have not degraded the quality of service.
