"911 person said stop following him", "Z was stalking the baby", "a person can be walking in the rain and staring into house and not be suspicious", "he had no right to shoot Martin that way, why couldn't he just shoot him in the arm or leg", blah blah blah. You can't have a rational conversation with irrational people. This is how they live their lives. These are the same people who aren't smart enough to see the truth and end up on juries like simpson or anthony. They can't understand anything.

Just as I can not say Martin assaulted Zimmerman first. BUT... right now the indications are that he did. We know for a fact that Zimmerman's wounds came before the shooting. Martin has no other wounds than those to his knuckles that he got while hitting Zimmerman. But I know that means nothing to you as you have already tried and convicted Zimmerman. I just want the truth to come out.

I believe the truth is going to come out. I know if someone was following me, with a gun, I would not give him a chance. If I was trying to get away from the gun carriers pursuit, and he persisted in hunting me down, I would indeed jump on him with blazing fury. I would certainly not take kindly to the guy. The thing with Martin is that a 17 year old is not experienced enough to use gorilla tactics against a pursuer who has a deadly weapon.

Zimmerman is a racist and did something stupid. The kid got the best of him, either in defending himself or just because he could. WHO CARES. Let the courts figure it out.
I find it appalling that the political stripes determine which person is defended. Tea Party defends ZImmerman, and I don't know if that is because they like lenient gun laws or just glad a black kid is dead. Liberals say the kid was murdered, which may be true, but where is the proof Martin attacked Zimmerman?
Granted, Zimmerman did somethign stupid to make all this happen but let's let the court figure it out. We are just speculating, aren't we?

But, if we are going to communicate in a cultured society, we have to do some speculating, Even after the Judges hammer hits the podium there is still going to be a lot of speculation. I refuse to take what people say against my belief's and walk away with my tail between my leg, while the culture craves on like cat sheeze. Not talking back, and just walking away is good, sometimes, but it's bad when the rest of the culture believes they have all won because they saw you get defeated in a debate.
