I have about 300-500, i dont think they are old ones. My friend gave them to me to sell, she passed before i could find out if she knew anything about them. ANyhow, im trying to sell them. A lady asked me how much i would take for all, i have no clue what to say. Like I said these, i think are mostly recent players, i know Mark mcGuire is in there. Is there somewhere i can take them? or should i just sell to this lady all of them, but at what price?

Clueless

Anything from 85 to present baseball card wise, is pretty much worthless. You might get lucky and get 10 cents/card.

yeah if they arent old, you wont find anyone to buy them unless it is a rare insert or limited card.

The late 80's and early 90's saw the card market flooded with new companies and all kinds of gimmick cards.

Marino's rookie card is 1984, if it is that one it is worth a little cash, if not then it is worth little. No coaches card of Elway's dad has any value...sorry

You can check with Beckett, they have magazines you can buy (or used to) or you can got o their website. They seem to be the leaders in giving value to sports cards. If you think you have something more valuable, then it might be wise to have it looked at my a company or individual that can examine the card, grade it and put a dollar value on it. The latter is not a free service, however.
So you're not from the South, that's okay, you got here as fast as you could.

The card market took a MAJOR dip over the last 10-15 years. They did it to themselves really. The mass produced cards you buy for a few bucks are worthless. There are special rare siginature and used jersey cards that are worth money. There are a few expections to the rule, for instance Micheal Jordan's rookie card but between the economy, the 'roid era in baseball and mass prodcution the card market has really dried up.

What team is on the Jack Elway card? Just curious as I'm a HUGE Elway fan and his dad never coached pro ball that I know of.
