I have a friend moving to the area, they would like to rent a house or condo in the Smyrna/Vinnings area. They are having a little trouble finding an agent that will call them back.

I'm not sure if she does the Smyrna/Vinnings area - but she is great! She is my realtor and has been a blessing in my home hunting adventure. Have them give her a call and see what she can do.

In my experience a lot of real estate agents don't like to mess with rentals, too much searching for very little return. Is there a reason she isn't looking at the various property management companies around that rent homes? She can go to a multitude of sites and it will give conact info for the agency advertising the home.
