I had forgotten that wet years bring their own set of garden problems, since we mostly deal with dry and hot I am not familiar with fungus problems or even being able to tell if it is fungus or insect.

If someone is familiar with what they see in these pictures and advise me on some solutions I would be appreciative.

I am pretty sure the black is a fungus, but the spots on the tomato leaves I am not sure. I know I will have to rotate next year to prevent both these problems, but I would to control it enough this year to enjoy the plants.

Tomatoes on bottom look like white flies
Leaf up higher looks like sun scald....possibly from being watered in the hot sun?

I don't water in the sun, but now that I think about it I may have washed down the pool deck in the sun, I don't remember doing it but it is definitely possible since we do rinse it the day after storms and such. Thanks for the advice on that I will be conscious of it in the future.

Appears to be a fungus caused by humid weather My started this the last couple of days.
I prune off the damaged limbs back to the stalk and spray them with ortho garden disease control (Home Depot) or MYNEB if you can find some. I believe that feelip uses NEEM oil. Either way better get control of it now

I sprayed them with the ortho this morning and I will be doing the housekeeping this evening. I am glad that I skipped the mulch on that bed this year.

You use spray that works for white flies also?

It you gently shake the tomatoes you should be able to see them fly around some.
They are a problem in greenhouses. They often hang adhesive strips for them. They won't work outside because of the wind and debris in the air.
Give it a month and you will probably need the mulch too.
Crazy Georgia weather.
