Trying to figure out what the best antenna to buy so I can cut my Comcast off and go with OTA HDTV. I know I can have indoor/attic/outdoor mounted antenna but just don't know who to contact or what to tell them. Any suggestions.......? Live in city of Dallas btw. Thanks.

Grizzzle 130 - go to Radio Shack they can help you... we have never had cable, always an antenna... we live in the woods and have to have a booster, they helped us with all of that...

I am going to Harts TV for 300.00, I am giving comcast a going away party. I will only have the cost to have the Antenna installed. No more cable,I will declare my independence.:clapping:

I got my HD antenna at amazon.com. You won't believe how many channels you can get through a antenna. Not just the basic. $30. Got the pole at crutchfields.com

We have had an attic antenna for 5 years now, and I love it. If I want to see any Bravo, or A&E shows I can always go online to watch them. I love not having a "T.V." bill.
Now I just need to switch from Verizon to Metro PCS to save even more money!Posted Image
