What has been the latest on the students involved in the vandalism? Are they all walking?

They all took the DA's offer. So I guess they are not walking but paying up and doing community service.

They are all walking at graduation except for one. If that's what you mean.

Or are you talking about walking with a slap on the wrist? No, the DA gave them an offer and they all took it. They have 1 year to complete.

Who is not walking or why is one not walking?

The student body president/ valendictorian. Why, couldn't tell you for sure. I can assume why, but that wouldn't be right to do.

It must be something serious for him not to walk.

The board of Education made it clear that if any one appealed their punishment for the crime from them that if they lost the appeal then they would not be allowed to walk. The boy that appealed his punishment from the school lost and lost his chance to walk. It was on the news a few weeks ago. The others didn't appeal their punishment because they knew they had done wrong!!

As I understand, they were all arrested for Criminal Damage to Property. Their cases will be dismissed if they successfully complete the terms of the pre-trial diversion program.
