LAND CLEARING END OF CEDARCREST AND HWY 41

Oooops, sorry for the typo in topic title - should say Clearing.
Does anyone know what is going to be built at the end of Cedarcrest Road and Hwy 41? The corner has been cleared and work is in progress but there are no signs posting what is coming.

I do believe it is a McDonalds. A neighbor is a local owner/operator. Will check with her as well to see if she can confirm.

There is definitely a McDonald's going there. Also, a steakhouse and a bank. I will post my sources once I get on my computer later tonight.

Another bank? Why in the heck do we need another bank? Maybe they can add a nail salon, Mexican Rest., Chinese Rest., etc. to the same site.

I've heard rumor that the steakhouse is Dantanna's and the bank is Chase, but I cannot confirm those.

I did ask the future owner/operator of the McDonalds this morning and she confirmed that she is opening a new store on this site. Don't now about all the other speculation from new Harley bar to strip joint. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Also, that would be a graet location for one!
I thought the church was going across the street.
It is. It's going in on 41 between the new Wellstar building and the VFW post.
