If I had my car, I would defiantly help! I haven't even been able to volunteer since last Nov due to constant issues with the car. I had planned on starting back in March, but it bent a rod.
there was another Parvo outbreak at paulding?
EDIT:
copying and pasting your EXACT post on my FB page.

Thank you very much for sharing this on your FB page and spreading the word! I'm sorry to hear about your car. I feel your pain, we lost our transmission Easter morning.
I haven't personally spoken with PCAS, but the lady who is coordinating this event was contacted yesterday morning and told about the parvo outbreak. It's a really sad thing, lot's of great dogs will be put down over it.
With the event already planned and merchants and volunteers scheduled to attend, we decided it was better to go ahead with the plan and help dogs and cats in other shelters. The problem is it adds quite a bit to the logistics. We are desperately in need of volunteers. We haven't had a single response to our recruiting efforts. Just one person with a truck or van willing to transport some pets would make all the difference! Thank you so much!

Carroll County for sure and possibly Douglas County. We have left messages but haven't had any replies from Cherokee County or Cobb County. Any rescue organization is also welcome if you know of any who'd like to attend. We've contacted many of them and aren't sure which ones will show.
