Why was the SOB out of jail?

That B*st*rd. I hope they fry him. I want to know why he was out in the first place when he did this back in 2011. I hope the same thing happens to him in PRISON. He should be very happy!

That's why I think they should have chemical casteration as a sentence. That would cut that stuff OUT.

From what I have heard, there are things that even prisoners find reprehensible, one being child molestation. He'll get what's coming to him in prison if he's in general population.

One thing in the report bothers me.....

Jones, when confronted by responsible adults who witnessed the crime.....

Did they witness the crime and then all of a sudden become responsible?

Maybe it's just me, but that's a strange way to report it.

I bet this happened in a public area like restroom of a store or restaurant and thats where the adults saw it. This is why I never let my boys when they were younger go in public restrooms by themselves, because of sorry MOFO's like this on the prowl looking for their next victims. Baywood is off of Virgie Ballentine if I am correct. I think they mean responsible adults is the parents. A 7 year old child...now that is a real sick one to do that to someone so young.

First, I was in a hurry to get this done and up.

Second, this is the sentence I was re-writing:

juvenile. When Jones was confronted by the witnesses they stated he fled the scene.
Once Deputies realized the nature of the incident, Deputies and Detectives from the

That to me said: Some adults said they saw him do it. When they confronted him "Hey you, stop that" but obviously it would be incorrect to quote them because I don't know that for a fact ... they might have said, " Hey you SOB, we're gonna kick your butt"

Regardless, when confronted by the witnesses he ran away. ... I may have been inaccurate to say it was adults as it may have been kids but the release didn't say who confronted the 19 year old. I assumed it was adults.

It appears, on his PDF attachment on the Patch article, that he was arrested after being caught and held in county until his court date in August of 2011. His charges led him sentenced to 5 years. Two of which (the crime was in 2009 I believe) were counted as time served, and the remaining three to be spent on probation...

This is really disgusting. I fully understand how warped some of the sexual crime laws are (e.g. Romeo and Juliet cases) but stuff like this just makes me want to hurl. I would lose my $#*T if someone did something that to my child... I'd end up in a women's prison for murder...

Not that it makes him any less of a piece of sheeze, but I'm surprised by his age....makes me wonder how badly he was sexually abused as a child. I mean I'm no expert but I've always associated these kinds of sick acts with older men who may have repressed feelings of pedophilia for quite a while before acting. To be 19 and do something like this, I mean wow, there has to be some sort of history there.

I could care less about his history. What I care about is what judge let him free to do this again. Seems like we need to get rid of the people who put scum like this out to do this over and over.
