I need a shop to rent here in Paulding! Busy, busy, busy!!! Must get shop building

Folks, business is more than I think I will be able to handle in a month or so going mobile. I am on the look out for a building that will suffice....need 3 acres, or a grandfathered lot to get a special land-use permit. I have my own equipment and then some, but need a large shop that will meet guidelines for Paulding, doing lawn mower service. I can afford up to $600/mo. although I have been looking and came across a nice place for 400.mo. Too many strings attached....just looking for affordable shop area to expand business.
