I need to buy a reloadable debit card. What is the best one? I seem to recall hearing Clark Howard talk about one but can't remember which one. Thinking it was the Walmart debit card. Anyone else know which would be the best?

I definitely need one I can reload via Internet. I looked at the Kroger reloadable debit card but you can only reload it via the Internet if you have a reload card. That really makes it impractical for what I need it for.

We have used GreenDot when we have needed a re-loadable card. I think you can get them at any drugstore and we never had a problem. You can re-load on the internet too.

The Walmart card is reloadable online and has a monthly maintenance fee of $3.00 I believe.
