The Combo Test is to test for Leukemia and Feline Aids. Cash and credit cards are accepted. No checks. There is a $4.00 service charge on credit cards, so cash is best.

Is it some sort of dip or do they offer actual drops and such??

From the flyer that I can't get to post:

They do offer the liquid flea and tick medications such as Frontline (not sure of the brands they offer.) Also offer flea and heartworm meds at reduced price.
