Honda...this is the closest location so figured I'd ask about it.

I was actually getting ready to order some parts from an online retailer and I remembered this thread. It was last Thursday, so I decided instead of ordering online, I'd shop locally. I called Lost Mountain to see if they had the parts I needed. They did not but said they would be in Monday. The price was about 20% more than the online retailer, even after shipping. Lost Mountain was willing to adjust their price a little to be a more competative. It came out just a little bit more than the online retailer, but I figured they were local and I'd rather spend the money here. I went down there this past Tuesday to pick up the part. Unfortunately it was not it. The person working said it would be in Thursday (yesterday) and they would call me when it arrived.
Well, it is Friday afternoon and I never heard anything. Had I ordered my parts online, I would have had them earlier this week, paid less, and saved myself the time driving to get the parts.
Everyone I spoke to there was very nice, and I have no complaints, just too bad the local merchant was not able to compete with the online retailer. Hopefully this is a exception, but thought I would share.

I deal with them pretty regularly. I rely on them for all my Honda and Toro parts, and they've always done me very well.
