My home A/C is winterized, er that means I'd have to go pull the dang debris cover off the compressor.

But yeah having all the winders down in the car wasn't getting it today.

Windows and doors open.
The comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but to pour them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then, with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away.

I don't turn my AC on until July-ish, if that. Posted Image

Though, I tend to turn it on sooner in the top-floor apartment than I did in the bottom floor. In the bottom floor, I went two entire summers without ever turning it on.

I'd rather run around in cheer shorts and a cotton tank top (in my own home!), than turn on the air. I just open the doors and windows, and often put a fan or two in them.

I've had my AC on for weeks! Of course I'm 37 weeks with child and have an internal furnace. My husband has taken to wearing a winter jacket and scarf in the house.

You do know that the "yellow crap" is not in the pollen count, right?
I won't open the windows with the yellow crap so I don't have to clean it up inside, but I've toyed with turning on the AC just to clear the inside air a bit of the pollen --- just haven't yet.
Hoping for some rain to help both the pollen and the pine spores to get out of the air! (maybe Friday/Saturday).

We didn't have one. LOL

Spring was winter and now we're setting records for temp and pollen.

My house is shut tight. Between those stoopid kudzu bugs and pollen I don want either one inside.

I'm fixin to wash the pollen off of my deck.

I heard yesterday that even people that don't have allergies are suffering through this.

We did that until there was a layer of yellow over every surface!
Windows were immediately closed and AC turned on.

I don't usually suffer but the pollen count jumped too high for me from Wednesday to Friday and I have been trapped in the house with the A/C on :(

I've had ours on since February(about 5 out of 7 days a week). Valdosta in March is definitely A/C worthy for me. I like it like a meat locker. Husband is freezing and dragging blankets all over the house :pardon: .
