did you take the dog to get scanned for a microchip?

The dog gets very excited when you call him Caesar. He has a black collar but no rabies tag. He does not have a chip.

I will PM you the owners name and number he said he gets no answer on your number. He is still missing his dog.
I had him for a while, he appeared in my yard one day but his original owner got him back. We were going to keep him but he kept digging holes in my fenced in yard and my little dogs were getting loose constantly. So we had to find the owner and give him back. He is a bad escape artist.

He is Caesar. I spoke to his owner at 3pm. The man said he would come pick up Caesar but never showed up. I have called him several times since but he does not answer. I wonder why. Do you know this person?

That's too bad. Doesn't seem to be much love lost. We have a black lab that looks soooooo much like this one. Longer, wavier hair, touch of gray at the mouth, same looking face. We have no history on him.
A long shot, but I was thinking maybe the two could be connected somehow and the owner might know something about ours. It's crazy. I know. Anyway....if Caesar is anything like our baby, he deserves someone who will appreciate such an amazing little soul.

I met Caesar when he appeared in my yard one day and after tracking down his owner, I agreed to keep him until his owner got a better place was living in an apartment and Caesar was too big. At first Caesar seemed to be a "keeper" but then he started digging around our fence and my 3 little doggies were always finding ways to get out of the yard. I was scared they would get lost or hit by a car so I asked the man if he wanted him back and he came and got him because he had a new place.
Caesar is good with all animals and kids but he is an escape artist. I wonder if his owner really wants him. I am shocked he did not call Jess back.
