GOOD HEAVENS. This chick is going to do herself in legally. What a complete DWEEB. I note in the latest AJC article that Sneiderman's family is now weighing in on her suspect behavior since Rusty's death.

She really must think that everyone else is stupid. I just feel sorry for the their kids. I hope that Rusty's family sues for custody of the kids because she appears to be a cold-hearted accomplice.

:angry2: :angry2: :angry2: I usually don't weigh in on such matters but after seeing her antics in court, I say she's a manipulative little bitch...

That's why I said women (esp. in person) could see right through her. I can just see her lying next to Neuman in bed, pouting and fluttering her eyelids at him (who she already had feeling soooo sorry for and totally enthralled with her) and saying, "Oh, God, it's tearing my heart out not to be with you, but I could never leave...he'd take the kids and I just don't see any way out aside from him dying or something," as she innocently wiped away a tear.

Maybe she didn't have a thing to do with it. But my money is on she did.

She sounds like a psychopath. Not all psychopaths are mass murderers or desire to take over the world. Some of them blend fairly well into society and hide themselves. If you look up what the DSM has to say about that particular personality disorder, it seems to fit her very comfortably. Psychopaths are shallow & have an exaggerated sense of self-worth thinking that they are better than everybody else. They have no empathy for anyone but themselves, they are impulsive, they lie, bully and manipulate people and circumstances all day, every day. They are usually very intelligent and have a lack of remorse. They are not bothered by guilt because they don't feel guilty. They can rationalize everything they do as being someone else's fault.

They always say, 'if the shoe fits"... I think it fits her. If not, she seems to have a lot of the same tendencies.

You know, it's not often you see the prosecution and the defense aligned together against a witness. I think something's gonna come out about this chick yet. And don't forget the PI hired by Neuman's ex...

I've been following via the ajc website. According to them, Andrea made contact (against court rules) with her friend that testified yesterday to tell her that she was no longer her friend.

So the prosecution and defense motioned to ban her from the courthouse and the judge agreed. She really is a piece of work.

For those of you that can't find the channel on Comcast or DirectTV, the ajc has a link where you can watch it live.

OH SNAP!!!

Latest update in AJC has the head of the day care saying she thought it really weird that Andrea didn't have a tear in her eye when she showed up later in the day when she herself was bawling. In fairness, shock does strange things to a person. But you would think that a wife would at least muster up a tear or three.

Here’s my take on it:

She (Andrea) wanted to advance her career so she decided to encourage his (Hemy’s ) infatuation with her. Obviously, she wasn’t opposed to the idea or else she would have gone to HR about it. Anyway, for whatever reason, she encouraged the relationship. Since she had no intention of ever leaving Rusty, she kept telling Hemy that. She didn’t want to be with Hemy, she just wanted to advance her career. Then things turned physical. She still didn’t want to be with Hemy so she kept telling him she wasn’t leaving her husband, which she had no intention of EVER doing anyway. Hemy, being the type of person who was not used to people telling him no and obviously didn’t like to hear things which he didn’t believe, WANTED to be with her, especially after he left his wife. Granted, Andrea might have been encouraging his leaving his wife but it appears that the marriage was in trouble prior to the relationship. Andrea in the meantime STILL had no intention of leaving her husband. After all, he had over a million dollars in investments while Hemy was in debt.

Hemy, being the person who didn’t like to be told no and who was used to having his own way, decided to kill Rusty in order to be with Andrea, thinking that what was stopping her was her husband when she really had no intention of being with Hemy anyway. So, Hemy decided to get rid of what he thought was standing in the way of him being with Andrea.

I believe Hemy called or SAW Andrea immediately after the shooting, the reason she told people he had been shot. He had been, but she hadn’t officially been told that as yet. She might not have had prior knowledge of the shooting but she had IMMEDIATE knowledge that it had happened.

I didn’t believe initially that Hemy had seen Andrea after the shooting until I hear the car rental agent testify about how many miles had been driven since he rented the van. He went to see her. I expect he went to see her at work but perhaps not. I have not heard about her whereabouts during the shooting.

Personally, I think they deserve each other. I think they both are nuts (but not criminally insane) and used to getting their own way. A friend of mine used to work for GE and he said there are definitely people in there who are “high” on power and the illusion that they are better than everyone else. He said it is true in any corporate setting but it seemed to him that GE drew that type of person. And if you work at GE, please realize **I** did not say this. A friend of mine who worked for GE said that.

Dr. also said she showed no emotion and asked for a child psychologist for the kids (they didn't provide one).

she showed little to no emotion. She asked for a child psycholigist (sp?) so that they could tell her kids that her dad died and so that she did not have to.

The doctor said he has NEVER had anyone react that way upon hearing the death of a loved one. He said her demeanor and reactions to all was highly unusual.

She also received a $2M ins payout after Rusty's death. I got confused on where they both were on the day of the shooting...they keep giving details about the office and home and visitors passes and badging in and driving the van, and I just got lost.

Then there's this tidbit from the latest AJC update:

4:21 p.m.: Detective Thompson said he interviewed Andrea Sneiderman the day after the shooting and asked her questions about her family and its relationships. She told the investigation that he was "barking up the wrong tree." At one point in the conversation Thompson said Sneiderman offered that Neuman, her boss, was interested in her and had made an advancement toward her once, which she did not reciprocate. Sneiderman, however, told the investigator that she in no way believed that Neuman could have committed the crime.

Way to throw him under the bus, chica.

He quit GE back in the early 1980s. He said he was making more back then than he is now but would not even consider going back to a big corporation because of the atmosphere. He works for a family owned business where he works side-by-side with the owners every day. Says it is worth it not making as much money to be in a more friendly environment.

The biggest company I have worked for had about 18 employees. We knew each other well, were friends and nobody thought themselves more important, more powerful or more anything than their co-workers. I just can't imagine working in an environment where your supervisor has supervisors who have supervisors who have supervisors. That would drive me
