And I just read where Aerodynamics, Inc. was planning on the hangar being complete by the end of 2011. In the world of construction, missing a deadline by three months on a project this small would be career ending.
Who is supposed to be running this show?

I did not read the link so this may be a repeat of information. On the televised BOC meeting they were having to get another contractor to re-pour the foundation because the first one messed it up and could not fix it. Apparently, this ate up some time and is what put them behind.
