I had my septic pumped last year, and it cost $2000. But since then there has been water coming up from the septic tank into the yard, it happens if we take a bath and do laundry at the same time, so i am assuming that the lines are bad, does anyone know of a company that won't rip me off, seeing as i already spent 2000 having it pumped last year. Thanks for your help

I highly recommend this company, They are local and reputable.
Local companies are more conscience of their reputation and stand behind what they do.

Some companies will give you a low quote then find a lot of problems, be very careful about an extremely low quote on this type of work.

$2000 just to have it pumped? I hope that's a typo.

yep, sounds like you need new field lines & trenches dug in the yard. There are no "chemicals" that can fix that, so don't get anyone con you

now that will cost around $2000 no matter where you go.

I Recommend Mike also. My FIL had slow running septic and Mike's crew was able to troubleshoot it and found it was caused by roots from a tree 50-60 ft away had clogged the line and fixed it very reasonably.

You may not have to have the entire field dug up.

There you have three recommendations. I would suggest that you get three written proposals with all the specifics. Then decide. But remember that the cheapest isn't always the best.

But $2,000 is way too much for pumping.
Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

$2000.00 to have your septic tank pumped? How big is it? Goodness, we had ours done 2 weeks ago and it was $275.00

I would highly recommend Skyline Plumbing. They were very nice, on time and very efficient after they arrived.

We had the same problem this year-waht a pain in the you know what! We also used a local company. I don't think they are members here, but I will PM you their info if you are interested.
I found that the price range on this job was unbelievable- everything from $6500 to the price I paid- $2500!! I was very satisfied with the company-you don't always get a great job with the lowest price, but they did a great job. They even re-graded the whole back yard -pulling out old stumps and all.

Skyline. They've done a good job for everyone I've recommended.
