John Barry Moreland, age 50, of Powder Springs, GA, passed away Monday, February 6, 2012. He was born March 21, 1961, in Atlanta, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, T. J. Locklear and mother, Dorithea Munger. Mr. Moreland worked in the construction business for many years.
Survivors include his sons & daughter-in-law, Steven & Lauren Marques of Dallas, GA and Wesley Ayers of Dallas, GA; brothers & sister-in-law, Kurt & Beth Mutter of Clanton, AL and Jonathan Wells of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Tina Moreland of Powder Springs, GA, Robin Bartlett of Dallas, GA, and Kelly Mutter of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Alexander Baldonado and Chayton Marques; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 10, 2012, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend William Sigman officiating. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, February 10, 2012, from 1:00 PM until the service time.
